RemoteQualifications:
-
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business or related field preferred.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT recruiting preferably in a staffing agency or consultancy.

Proven track record of successfully placing IT professionals in various roles.

Strong knowledge of IT roles technologies and industry trends.

Well Versed with Tax TermsW2/C2C/1099 and Knowledge on working Visas

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software (Monster Dice Linkedin etc.).
