Head Stylist - Dublin 12

We are delighted to be recruiting for a Head Stylist to join A busy ECommerce studio with a dynamic team.

Previous experience in a similar role is a must. Experience to style on model both womenswear and menswear is essential ability to style still life is also desirable.

Youll be working within a pool of creatives including photographers videography stylists and coordinators.

Working with Studio Manager and looking after the styling teams your duties include but are not limited to:

• Work closely with the client;
  
• Manage a team of 5 full time stylists plus other freelance stylists
  
• Assisting the styling teams with the planning of the daily apparel stock and organizing production sets
  
• Approving all looks before they go on set
  
• Recruiting/ Developing the styling team both full time and freelance
  
• Report to Studio Manager/ Styling Director on staff performance/ training
  
• Research and educate all stylists on all brands by having a thorough and firm understanding of current and upcoming trends and how they relate to the client brief
  
• QC all imagery and feed back to the teams using constructive feedback thus increasing the quality of styling on set;
  
• Accurately following detailed client briefs and Style Guides to ensure the product is shot consistently
  
• Ensuring the daily targets are met
  
• Model casting and further model training/ development in order to ensure they meet the client requirements
  
• Busy workload youll be expected to work at pace to meet the business needs and juggling priorities and working to target
  
• Take part in the prepping process of the products to ensure the shoots will flow in the most efficient way possible this will include sorting out the stock as it comes in and help the other teams with theirs where required
