• Create a strategic roadmap for our international warehousing network to accommodate present and future demands
• Monitor inventory levels and warehouse utilization
• Oversee routine fulfillment and warehousing procedures such as receiving picking and packaging and evaluate the quality speed and efficiency of throughput.
• Leading and developing a team to effectively execute warehouse operations and processes while achieving defined performance objectives.
• Establish KPIs for speed accuracy of orders and productivity and establish benchmarks for comparison.
• Drive continuous operational improvements to our current warehousing infrastructure
• Negotiate with external partners (carriers and thirdparty logistics providers) to optimize costs.
• Continuously identify test and refine new opportunities to enhance delivery efficiency.

Your profile

• You have 7 years of experience in Warehousing Operations and Logistics ideally in the food industry.
• You bring experience in logistics or thirdparty logistics and have already worked in a peopleleading position
• You live in Berlin/the surrounding area or you are willing to relocate
• You speak very good German and good English other languages are a plus
• You can develop and implement excellent strategic plans for international warehouse structures.
• You possess strong negotiation skills to achieve effective cost optimizations.
• You bring strong leadership skills to leading a team of five people
• You have experience in stakeholder management and good assertiveness for effective communication.
• You organize and structure workflows and handle stressful situations adeptly.
