ARENGY is a IT-Digital and Cybersecurity Recruitment and Consulting firm operating in the Middle East from UAE. Our customers are the most successful industry leaders executing projects around the globe. We are recruiting a SW Systems Engineer for a permanent position with an emerging leader in Radio Frequency products.
Your responsibilities:
- Design, develop, optimize and integrate embedded software for radio frequency related applications
- Participate in the product development lifecycle from inception and design to bring-up, optimization, verification
- Provide a software abstraction layer to seamlessly support a variety of hardware configurations
- Design and implement test interfaces
Requirements
- B.Sc. in Electronic Engineering or Computer Science or similar
- 10+ years of proven experience in Embedded/Firmware programming
- Extensive proven experience programming microcontrollers and other embedded devices in C
- Extensive experience with RTOSes such as FreeRTOS, VxWorks, Zephyr
- Advance understanding and extensive experience with the following peripheral interfaces: UART, I2C, SPI, CAN
- Experience with debugging firmware and communication buses using lab equipment (logic analyzers, oscilloscopes )
- DSP knowledge as well as FPGA programming is desired but not required
- C++ and other OOP languages ability desired but not required
- Passion for Firmware Development and Technology in general
- Flexible attitude, ability to perform under pressure
- Good level of spoken and written English language (upper-intermediate)
