Purpose of the job:
The Head of Technology Delivery will work with the CTO to operate the Technology Delivery team, owning the Architectural, Strategy and Design The role will be integral in defining a tech delivery model to support the rapid expansion of the Airport Dimensions Lounge network globally, responsible for the delivery of tech operational systems and hardware to support the growing AD

Focusing on rapid development to meet short-term delivery objectives, The Head of Technology will provide vision, direction, leadership, and governance to the AD Technology Delivery team, setting clear directions and roadmaps to meet the business s long-term

Working with the CTO and AD Tech Leadership Team, define the short and long-term technology strategy ensuring business and Finance Create and lead the AD Tech Delivery Portfolio Delivery team to deliver programmes and projects using a mix of insourced, outsourced, on-shore and off-shore resources to

Lead and manage the AD Tech Delivery team that;

Ensure the development and agreement of global technology delivery strategy for Airport Dimensions that enables rapid expansion in the next 18 months but that underpins the growth strategy for the business
Align business planning strategy with Technology Roadmaps and desired solution design
Provides insightful research and innovation, bringing new ideas and solutions to the business that drive business value and improvements in customer experience
Along with business stakeholders, fosters strong working relationships to creates a prioritised view of deliverables through an agreed demand management pipeline
Strengths the link between Tech and Business Units, through Business Planning and Alignment
Successfully and efficiently delivers the technical components of business change and client engagements
Develop high performance delivery team using combination of insourced and outsourced delivery models using preferred
Work with suppliers and the wider IT functions to define, agree and own technology roadmaps for all AD operational systems
Manage the technology supplier contractual agreements and responsibility for the technology supplier relationships, working closely with group legal teams, following group frameworks and policies where required

The Head of Tech Delivery will lead and embody the Collinson Technology Golden Rules throughout their Specifically, they will:

Establishes full Programme Management capability including all aspects of project and portfolio management: functional and business analysis, solution build, transition support and planning and release/deployment management
Develop an internally collaborative, high performance culture, delivering a customer focused, technology based experience across the lounge network
Offers governance over Programme and Project Management, investments and decisions across the management team in order to manage and reduce the levels of risk through mandated processes and procedures
Deliver new technology solutions within the Technology Strategy and systems roadmap for the Airport Dimensions
Ensure that AD Tech Delivery Team specifically align with Collinson Group Technology on all aspects of strategy and security
Provide constructive leadership and technical guidance, encouraging accountability and
Own and effectively manage the operating budget of the AD Technology Delivery team
Lead, motivate and manage the Tech Delivery teams assigned, ensuring they positively contribute to the business
