We are an executive search firm & have been engaged by a leading telecom Group in their search for a Head of Technical Accounting & Consolidation to join their team. The ideal individual for this role would have previous managerial experience ideally within a technical accounting & consolidation role. The responsibilities and person specification are as follows:
Key responsibilities
- Lead a team of qualified CA s a total of 8 member team to ensure efficient financial consolidation for the Group (Total 15 countries cluster) and ensure accurate quarterly reviews.
- Collaborate with finance teams provide technical accounting expertise.
- Manage auditor relations effectively and identify system improvements for better control.
- Enhance management tools develop aligned accounting policies and oversee reporting.
Experience & Qualification:
- CA with 14 years of experience post qualification.
- Expertise in Technical Accounting & Consolidation
- Previous experience within technical accounting roles with strong experience in IFRS IND
- Previous experience with Big 4 s.
