TL Digital Solutions GmbH is a remotefirst company that provides a collaborative logistics platform called TradeLink. We simplify B2B shipment collaboration for midsized businesses. Our open layer connects users assets and systems in shared shipment processes offering simple workflow tools to all participants. We foster collaboration among supply chain actors through thought leadership fair benefit distribution and transparent reputations. We have adopted a land and expand strategy following the customer journey. This has led to our internal organization in squads and tribes. These include Demand Landing Value Virality and Launchpad Squads.

As Head of Strategy will ensure that TradeLink is operating on a strong strategy foundation that is informed by sound market and usage research based on the network activity of many thousand companies using Tradelink every months. You will join a team of visionaries in a unique endeavor to reshape the 1 trillion logistics industry in Europe leveraging an exciting networkled growth strategy. You will contribute to a success story already recognized by industry giants like Fiege Rhenus and Migros and backed by global toptier VCs such as Insight Partners Point Nine and Fly Ventures.

Tasks

• Customer Insights & Analytics team: Leading our central Rev Ops & Analytics team that is owning all market and user journey tracking and insights that are central to shaping our GTM and R&D strategies.
• Company Strategy & Equity Story: driving and developing the company equity story & strategy together with the CEO.
• Company communication: In charge of internal company communication informing the company on where we are heading and enabling all to teams to set the right prioritization.

Requirements

• A strategic thinker with 5 years in equity story development strategy formulation and market research preferably in a SaaS or SCM environment.
• A handson leader adept at creating compelling strategic evaluations and action plans.
• Exceptional analytical and communication skills.
• Toptier strategy consultancy background and relevant SaaS or SCM/logistics experience.
• Experience in a VC backed company.
• Fluency in English is a must; German is a plus.
