The Opportunity

As the visionary Head of Sourcing you will Lead BlueThrones App Sourcing & Acquisition Department a cornerstone of our innovative business model. Your mission is to bring to the table highpotential mobile apps that can be transformed into market leaders. This role demands a strategic approach leveraging your expertise in funnel managent sourcingto engagedevelopers founders . You will manage the entire sourcing and acquisition cycle from discovery to closing including a team of 7 playing a pivotal role in driving the future trajectory of mobile applications. This position calls for an inventive leader skilled in pinpointing acquisition opportunities and excelling in the Indie Developer Journey propelling our growth and success in the app market.

Your Mission

Strategic Sourcing Leadership: Devise and implement innovative strategies for engaging and securing promising mobile app acquisitions in line with BlueThrones vision.

Pipeline Development and Management: Actively manage and expand our deal pipeline to ensure a continuous supply of viable acquisition targets.

Market Insight and Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market research to spot trends and opportunities understanding the competitive landscape in the mobile app sector.

Digital Presence and Engagement: Lead BlueThrones social media and online PR strategies to engage indie developers and attract passive prospects.

Analytics Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing analytics team to drive sourcing efforts using datadriven insights.

Developer Journey: Develop content and outreach strategies to connect with indie developers enhancing their journey and positioning BlueThrone as a preferred growth partner.

Team Leadership: Manage the sourcing team including hiring training and operational activities while implementing agile methodologies to optimize team performance.

Case Study Production: Produce insightful case studies that showcase successful acquisitions and strategies aiding internal decisionmaking and external engagement.
