Head Of SMM

• Supporting the processes of creating and implementing content plans and communication strategies for two regions: Brazil and Latin America.
• Collaborating with the content production department to produce content for social networks.
• Developing and improving scripts for handling direct messages comments on advertisements and comments on posts.
• Achieving targets for webinar registrations leads and payments.
• Developing and implementing new mechanics to increase engagement lead generation and payments.
• Supporting the companys promotional activities on social networks.
• Monitoring and supporting the processes of working with the SMM team (2 SMM specialists will be under your direct supervision).
• Primarily working with Instagram but also developing Facebook and LinkedIn.

• Fulltime remote cooperation with a schedule that s convenient for you and the team. There isn t a focus on micromanaging.
• A comfortable digital office. We use modern digital tools Miro Notion Jira Google Workspace etc. to make working together process seamless
• Diverse and tightknit team which is spread out across the US Israel LatAm Europe and more!

Requirements :

• 2 years of experience in a similar position.
• Proven managerial experience.
• Proficiency in English.
• Demonstrated success in implementing SMM strategies or equivalent.

Nice to haves:

• Proficiency in Spanish and/or Portuguese.
