I am Seeking a permanent in house SAP HCM consultant to join a leading consultancy in the Energy sector renowned for its expertise and commitment to innovation.

Are you an experienced SAP HCM professional looking for a dynamic opportunity to lead and innovate Were seeking individuals at all levels from Consultants to Project Leads and Head of SAP HCM to drive the team forward.

Tasks

• Lead a dedicated team overseeing both AMS tasks and project deliverables.
• Drive forward the S/4 implementations contributing to our ongoing success.
• Collaborate closely with our Head of Delivery to ensure seamless operations and project execution.
• Take charge of divisional leadership spearheading initiatives to elevate our HCM capabilities.

Requirements

• 5 years of experience for Head of HCM and Project Leads with a focus on S/4 Hana.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience for Consultants.
• Industry experience is a plus but not mandatory.
• Fluent in German (C1 level).
