Tasks

Your mission

Were on the hunt for a Head of Sales who is not just looking for a job but is on a quest to make a significant impact. This role is designed for someone who takes full ownership of the entire sales department from a handson operational level as well as on a fully strategic level You will have a critical impact on our business from day one owning and driving our topline while setting up and optimizing our sales and customer acquisition as well as hiring and leading a team of sales professionals. If you have the willingness and skills to navigate through the sales cycle with ease the vision to lead with strategy and the knack for detail that leaves no stone unturned to make us better every day were looking for you.

Requirements

Your responsibilities:

  • You take full ownership of customer acquisition managing both the operational and strategic aspects of sales.
  • You lead the full sales cycle with precision from lead generation and outreach to demos negotiations and closing.
  • You build mentor and lead a highperforming sales team fostering an environment of success and growth.
  • You drive sales strategies and execution ensuring alignment with our companys goals and vision.
  • You implement optimize and leverage tools such as Hubspot to manage KPIs and ensure continous progress and success.

What you will bring

  • Over 3 years of experience in sales with a strong preference for candidates with experience in a B2B SaaS startup with SME focus.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to build and lead a sales team.
  • Strategic thinker with experience in structuring building and running sales operations in a startup environment.
  • Excellent people skills with the ability to work as part of a team initiate action and adapt to change.
  • A performance mindset that aligns with our culture of honesty trust openness for feedback and proactive curiosity.
  • Ability and willingness to wear multiple hats: getting your hands dirty on an operational level while setting up and leading strategic elements as well as a dedicated team
  • You are a strong communicator with very good written and spoken German (C2 level) and English skills
  • Proficiency in sales and tech tools: Hubspot MS Excel / Google Sheets Hunter Echobot LinkedIn.
