Are you passionate about craft beer and can lead sales teams to success

I am very excited to be working with this innovative and exciting Brewery Company looking for a Head of Sales. Were seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Sales to spearhead the brewerys sales efforts and drive growth in the market. As Head of Sales you will play a pivotal role in expanding the brand presence building strong relationships with distributors and retailers and maximizing revenue opportunities. This is a key leadership position within our organisation and you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our overall sales performance.

This is a central based senior manager role responsible for the retention of accounts and new sales results through all channels On Trade Off Trade Contract Online and Wholesale.

The ideal Head of Sales Candidate:

Are you witty edgy charismatic and intelligent

Are you inclusive passionate team focused and imaginative

The Head of Sales responsibilities:

  • Delivering on a Sales Strategy which aligns with company goals and growth and prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for the senior management team to review
  • Manage and lead a sales team; implementation of training; achieving budgeted targets
  • Identify marketing opportunities establish competitor analysis and implement sales campaigns
  • Seeking and securing new business maintaining current relationships to the highest standards

The ideal Experience:

  • Minimum of 35 years experience in a Senior Sales role within the drink industry.
  • Proven track record in Sales team management and results.
  • Passion for the drinks industry and continually up to date on news and trends
  • Ambitious and driven on all areas of sales and client development
  • Strong communication skills able to work in a team or independently.

Proven experience as a Sales Representative/Business Development Manager preferably in the beverage or FMCG industry.
