Head of Sales - (UK Corporate)

Our client is a cutting-edge fintech company headquartered in the heart of London - renowned for its innovative solutions, reliability and excellence within deliverable FX and financial services. This firm is at the forefront of revolutionising cross-border payments and are seeking an accomplished and visionary Head of Sales to drive their market expansion and revenue growth.
Position Overview:
Leveraging your deep understanding of the financial industry along with exceptional leadership skills and market acumen - you will drive the companys revenue objectives, solidify partnerships and elevate its market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute the sales strategy, aligning it with the companys growth objectives and market dynamics
Lead, mentor and empower a skilled team of sales professionals to meet and exceed targets, providing ongoing coaching and professional development
Identify, pursue and nurture key strategic partnerships within the UK corporate sector to drive business expansion
Drive revenue growth by fostering long-lasting client relationships, identifying upsell opportunities and consistently delivering value-driven solutions
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Marketing and Operations to align processes and enhance the overall customer experience
Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities and regulatory changes to proactively adjust sales strategies and ensure a competitive edge
Provide regular reports and insights to senior management, offering a clear view of sales performance, pipeline and market trends
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Business, Finance or a related field is preferred
Proven track record of at least 5 years in sales leadership roles within the financial services, fintech or related sectors - with a focus on the UK corporate market
Comprehensive understanding of Deliverable FX services, international payments and foreign exchange risk management
Exceptional leadership skills with a proven ability to build, motivate and lead high-performing sales teams
Strong network and relationships within the UK corporate sector with a demonstrable history of successful business development
Strategic thinker with the ability to analyse complex market data, trends and customer behaviours to inform sales strategies
Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
Results-oriented mindset with a relentless drive to achieve and exceed targets
Remuneration:
This is a management-level position offering a competitive compensation package ranging from 100,000 to 150,000 p/a commensurate with experience and expertise.
