Role and Responsibilities:
  • Create and implement a comprehensive AOP distribution plan for sales acquisition ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and targets.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to drive revenue generation.
  • Lead hire and manage a highperforming sales team in the West/East region fostering a motivated and goaloriented environment.
  • Effectively forecast monthly sales numbers monitor team performance and take proactive measures to achieve closure targets.
  • Mentor and coach the sales team providing guidance support and training to enhance their skills and productivity.
  • Establish a strong rapport with prospects understand their requirements and showcase the value of our services and industrybest practices.
  • Implement best practices in sales outreach continuously evaluating and optimizing sales strategies to maximize lead generation and conversion.

Candidate Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in B2B sales in the SAAS or Travel industry with a proven track record of consistently exceeding targets.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a sales team driving performance and achieving revenue goals.
  • Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Adept at analyzing market trends identifying opportunities and implementing effective sales strategies to drive business growth.
  • Strong knowledge of industry best practices and trends in B2B sales with a focus on the SAAS or Travel sector.
