Head of Project Management

Tasks

• Representing efn and building relationships towards our customer base
• Set-up and conceptual development of the project management team
• Managing timeline, key milestones and budget
• Implementation of projects within the framework of requirements and standards of clients and quality management systems
• Responsibility for the preparation of offers and project documentation, as well as participation in discussions and price negotiations with customers and suppliers
• Project calculation in close cooperation with the production department and/or technical specialists
• Positively engage all key functions and stakeholders, resolves or escalates issues that might put project deliverables at risk
• Ensuring service-oriented and efficient workflows aim to increase customer satisfaction (internal and external), relative to the appropriate cost/benefit ratio

Requirements

• Able to influence without formal authority
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, able to prioritize between multiple tasks
• Manages complexity: Making sense of complex, high quantity, and sometimes contradictory information to effectively solve problems
• Manages ambiguity: Operating effectively, even when things are not certain or the way forward is not clear
• Troubleshooting / problem-solving skills
• Fluent English is a must, German is preferable
• Strong communication skills (written / verbal)
