Job Description:
We are seeking a highly efficient and dynamic Operations Manager to oversee and manage our companys daily operations. This role involves strategic planning resource allocation and operational excellence to ensure the smooth running of all business activities. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in enhancing operational procedures systems and principles in the areas of information flow and management business processes enhanced management reporting and organizational planning.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop implement and monitor daytoday operational systems and processes that provide visibility into goals progress and obstacles for our key initiatives.
  • Build and maintain relationships with all department heads external partners and vendors to make decisions regarding operational activity and strategic goals.
  • Plan monitor and analyze key metrics for the daytoday performance of the operations to ensure efficient and timely completion of tasks.
  • Devise strategies to ensure growth of programs enterprisewide identifying and implementing process improvements that will maximize output and minimize costs.
  • Uphold organization policies and standards ensuring legislative regulations are followed.
  • Work closely with human resources to lead team with integrity and establish and maintain a trusting inclusive and productive environment.
  • Oversee and direct daily company administrative processes and procedures.
  • Report to and assist the CEO in setting strategic goals objectives budgets policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Analyze internal operations and identify areas of process enhancement.
  • Directly oversee operations HR and accounting and partner with the CEO on sales management to budget for sufficient investment capital to achieve growth targets over the near term.
  • Monitor performance with tracking and establish corrective measures as needed and prepare detailed reports both current and forecasting for the CEO.
  • Manage procurement processes and coordinate material and resources allocation.
  • Oversee operational systems processes and infrastructure while looking for opportunities of improvement or revision.
  • Anticipate and track operational and tactical risks and providing strategic solutions.
  • Manage staff training and growth through constructive feedback and robust performance management.
  • Ensure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations.
  • Work with the senior management team to plan and manage operational budgets.
  • Review and approve all operational invoices and ensure they are submitted for payment.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline business processes and systems.
  • Translate strategy into actionable goals for performance and growth helping to implement organizationwide goal setting performance management and annual operations planning.
  • Collaborate with senior management to devise effective short and longterm plans while working closely with the CEO to meet the companys objectives.
  • Ensure that the company runs with legality and conformity to established regulations.
  • Engage in key or targeted customer activities as needed.
  • Oversee client support processes and organize them to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Regularly evaluate the efficiency of business procedures according to organizational objectives and apply improvements.
  • Coordinate with the IT department to ensure company needs are met technologically and systems are optimized for efficiency.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Operations Management or related field.
  • 5 years of experience in operations management within a technology or software company.
  • Strong understanding of general finance and budgeting including profit and loss balance sheet and cashflow management.
  • Ability to build consensus and relationships among managers partners and employees.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Solid understanding of IT systems data analysis and performance/operation metrics.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
