hh2 Cloud Services is a rapidly growing private equity backed SaaS company that offers cloudbased software for the construction industry. The primary goal of our software is to streamline and automate business processes between those that are working on construction sites and in the home office of construction companies. We are looking for motivated independent thinkers and executors who can help shape the culture of our forwardlooking company.

What You Will Do

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Operations to lead our Customer Support and Implementation teams. This key leadership role will be instrumental in driving operational excellence optimizing processes and delivering worldclass service to our valued customers. Your strategic prowess grounded in datadriven insights will be crucial in driving operational excellence and spearheading process improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Dive into the team’s daytoday operations and performance and develop and execute strategic plans to drive operational efficiency and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to align operational objectives with overall company goals and initiatives.
  • Strategic Utilization of Data: Harness datadriven insights to identify avenues for enhancing performance and elevating customer experiences. Consistently look for clues in the data for areas of improvement.
  • Lead and mentor a diverse team of customer support and implementation professionals fostering a culture of accountability collaboration and continuous improvement while keeping employee satisfaction at top of mind.
  • Oversee all aspects of customer support operations including ticket management issue resolution and escalation processes.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance the customer support experience ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Monitor key performance metrics and metrics to identify trends patterns and opportunities for improvement.
  • Lead the implementation team in the successful deployment of our SaaS solutions for new and existing customers.

Who You Are

You are a leader who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring customer success. The successful candidate will possess a strong strategic mindset while being to get in the weeds of their organization exceptional organizational skills and a proven track record of leading highperforming teams.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration Management or related field; master's degree preferred.

Qualifications

  • 10 years of experience in operations management with a focus on customer support and implementation in the SaaS industry.
  • Proven leadership experience with the ability to effectively lead and develop accountable highperforming teams.
  • Excellent communication interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment and drive results.
  • Experience working with crossfunctional teams and collaborating effectively across departments.
