The Senior Manager will report to the Hospital Director and will be part of the support subgroup. The candidate must have a MHA/MBA and MBBS/BDS and at least 10 years of experience in operations as a leader with 5 years in the healthcare industry.
The candidate will interface with consultants employees department heads management team senior leadership teams patients vendors suppliers statutory authorities government authorities and patient parties.
The Senior Manager will directly supervise customer services pharmacy facilities corporate relations.
The role will involve supporting the HOD in managing operational activities across various hospital departments to achieve optimum operational efficiency maintain operation budgets and contribute to business growth.
Key responsibilities will include ensuring compliance to quality standards resolving operational issues streamlining processes designing and implementing process improvement plans generating and analyzing MIS reports driving internal and external audit processes analyzing customer feedback resolving customer queries managing operational budgets and ensuring hospital hygiene.
The candidate must also approve communication of hospital information supervise vendor relationships and contract negotiations oversee security system processes implement measures to improve revenue and employee productivity and plan cost control measures.
Other responsibilities include reducing employee attrition identifying training needs coordinating with NGOs for fund raising activities liaising with the Purchase department for civil work related negotiations and planning and hiring for administration related departments.
The candidate must have knowledge in hospital administration planning directing and supervising staff knowledge of NABH standards computer operations leadership qualities and department administration.
Key result areas include operational efficiency and improvement initiatives adherence to SOP quality and safety standards audit compliance customer feedback and interface and department administration.
