Tasks

• Develop and execute our marketing strategies to promote the companys vision and mission.
• Create and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms to increase brand awareness and drive customer acquisition.
• Optimize performance marketing campaigns and drive a datadriven marketing
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to develop and implement effective marketing plans including product launches events and promotions.
• Analyze market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
• Monitor and report on key marketing metrics providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Bike industry and ecommerce/marketplace knowledge is a big plus

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing or related field
• Proven record of leading and developing high performance marketing teams
• Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing marketing strategies
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Indepth knowledge of the ecommerce industry
