Responsibilities:


Managing a team of paralegals and junior lawyers.
Delivering legal reports to lenders within defined timeliness.
Ensuring quality of legal reports.
Reviewing key metrics of delivery of reports to lenders using dashboards
Well versed with relevant laws pertaining to real estate development and real estate lending transactions.
Handling of real estate due diligence / title search of various projects and ability to identify legal risk.
Preparation and Verification of list for title deeds with respect to secured properties.
Should be thorough with all the laws governing the purchase and transfer of land/ real estate.

Requirement:


Bachelors degree in Law (LL.B. or equivalent) with specialization or additional qualifications in real estate law. LL.M. in Real Estate Law is a plus.
78 years of proven experience with a focus on real estate and property law.
Candidate should have an entrepreneurship mindset.
Attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing operations issues in client interface
Ability to work under strict timelines and under pressure
Must possess good English and local language communication skills. Ability to read at least one South Indian language Kannada/ Tamil/ Telugu is essential. Reading ability for two languages or more is desirable.
