What we are looking for

We are looking for a Lead Learning Experience Designer to lead and oversee the design of key design offerings solidify our design function in order to streamline our design capabilities strengthen how we do quality design at scale manage and professionally develop the LED team and support Strategic Initiatives.


What does the job involve

  • Discovery conversation with clients and discovery reporting.
  • Developing high level design and managing and overseeing the design of detailed session plans and slides.
  • Provide design insight and input on some of the strategic initiatives.
  • Support with feedback tweaking in the delivery of designs and reporting on learning and design outcomes.
  • Post delivery retrospectives and reporting (leveraging data and insights to improve future design).
  • Setting up systems and processes for experience Design Catalog designs and offerings.
  • Define and manage quality for design and do quality assurance.
  • Identification of replicable designs for scale build overall design thinking capabilities and ensure all design workmeet our standards.
  • Research and innovation in order to offer quality design expertise and offerings in a costeffective manner and optimize higher participant engagement.
  • OKR Drafting and management (Team work planning and accountability); ensure Monthly Developmental 1:1s growth plans and Annual Review for all LED team members.
  • Professional development of designers (seniors juniors) ensure overall high quality team management of tasks and outcome of the LED team.
  • As part of the leadership team support work being done by the leadership team on key strategic initiatives.


Qualifications

  • Minimum 4 years in learning experience design work (preferably in the spaces of consulting or higher education).
  • Experience in leading teams in a fastpaced dynamic remote work environment.
  • Experience in leading/driving the endtoend development of learning experiences and learning solutions.
  • Ability to effectively manage stakeholders and collaborate.
  • Demonstrated experience working in agile and dynamic environments.
  • Demonstrated understanding of humancentered or iterative design approaches and its application.
  • Demonstrated understanding of learning and design theories and pedagogy (Experiential Learning Backward Design Humancentered Design).
  • Demonstrated ability to work with digital learning tools such as Canvas Google Classroom Slido Kahoot PearDeck etc.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in multicultural environment and remote offices.
  • Ability to work autonomously with tight deadlines.
  • Proficient in learning methodologies and able to evaluate learning effectiveness using various design assessment strategies.


Benefits

  • Competitive Salary (30 USD/hour for a part time contract after the maternity leave period).
  • Internet allowance ($30 USD/month) during the 4month maternity cover period.

This role isa4Month Maternity Cover and Remote globally.
