Head of IT Workplace - Team Lead

We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicatedHead of IT Workplace Team Leadto join our team! The ideal candidate will have a strong background in troubleshooting client systems a passion for PCs and a commitment to delivering outstanding service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Assume the role of Team Leader for the IT Helpdesk providing guidance and mentorship to support staff ensuring the efficient resolution of technical issues.
• First Line Support: Take charge of firstline support responsibilities addressing and resolving challenges related to our digital workplace Teams rooms and printer solutions promptly.
• Digital Workplace Management: Oversee the smooth operation of our digital workplace ensuring that all systems and applications are functioning optimally.
• Teams Rooms and Printer Solution: Manage and troubleshoot technical aspects of Teams rooms and printer solutions ensuring seamless functionality for our team.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Previous experience of daily IT help tasks.
• Knowledge and proficiency in tickets systems working with flows forms automation approval traceability troubleshooting patch management and IT security.
• Handson experience with client installations Autopilot Intune Entra ID AD (Active Directory) and effective communication practices.
• Familiarity with onboarding offboarding change of role processes and experience working as a scrum master or team leader.
