Head of Finance Operations

The Head of Finance & Operations will play a crucial role in shaping the financial strategy and operational efficiency of the business. This position requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills financial acumen and a proven track record of implementing and overseeing financial and operational processes.

Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic financial insights to the CEO and executive team for decisionmaking.
  
• Run the budgeting forecasting and financial planning processes.
  
• Develop and maintain accurate cash flow forecasts to predict the organizations shortterm and longterm liquidity needs.
  
• Foster a culture of collaboration accountability and continuous improvement.
  
• Provide mentorship and guidance to team members to support their professional development.
  

Requirements

• Qualified Accountant who holds a Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Business Administration or a related field.
  
• 10 years of progressive experience in finance and operations roles.
  
• Proven experience in strategic financial planning and analysis.
  
• Ability to analyze the companys cash position and liquidity identifying potential risks and opportunities.
  
• Excellent leadership communication and team management skills.
