WHAT YOU DO

• You will be responsible for budgeting forecasting and cash planning.
• You will prepare and monitor short and mediumterm liquidity planning continuously improving and optimizing liquidity management.
• You take a holistic view that includes ensuring stable payroll processes managing company administrations and leading financial projects.
• You will ensure that the monthly and annual reportings are prepared on time and at the best quality delivered to the group FP&A team
• You will serve as a commercial sparring partner for the organization and the management
• You drive business performance with a focus on cost efficiency.
• You will set the new quality benchmark and elevate each one of the finance team work to a better place.
• You oversee financial planning and analysis ensuring compliance.
• You manage company administration serving as a member of the management team.

WHO YOU ARE

• Youre an integrated finance expert with a deep knowledge in controlling value flows and supply chain management.
• You must have proven experience in a leadership position ideally with agency background.
• You have strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
• You have a growth mindset with experience in working with crossfunctional teams.
• You are a natural leader with the ability to get the best out of wider agency teams at all levels.
