Role Overview: As the Head of Engineering your primary responsibility will be to lead manage and provide vision and direction for all technical aspects of the business. In this role you will have the opportunity to create a significant impact on our business. You will drive innovation in fullstack product development while relentlessly improving performance scalability and maintainability.

Responsibilities:
Lead mentor and inspire a highperforming engineering team to achieve exceptional results.
Develop and execute a strategic engineering roadmap aligned with the companys vision and goals.
Collaborate crossfunctionally with product management design and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of engineering efforts.
Drive the architecture design and implementation of scalable and efficient software solutions.
Establish and maintain best practices in software development quality assurance and deployment processes.
Foster a culture of innovation continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the engineering team.

Requirements:
Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering (Tier 1 preferred)
12 years of experience in building deploying and scaling software applications.
Proven experience (5 years) in a leadership role within software engineering preferably in a SaaS or cloudbased technology company.
Deep understanding and handson expertise in building scalable and robust software architectures.
Proficiency in programming languages (e.g. Java Python C) and modern software development tools.
Strong leadership communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
Experience in agile methodologies and managing agile development processes.
Leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire motivate and mentor teams.
Have a proven track record of successfully scaling software systems to accommodate a large user base.
Experience with distributed systems and microservices.
