Position Overview:

As the Head of Digital Marketing you will play a pivotal role in shaping the digital marketing strategy for our organization. Reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all digital marketing activities with a strong focus on influence marketing and ecommerce.

Key Responsibilities:

• Digital Marketing Strategy : Develop implement and refine a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with the companys objectives and brand identity.

• Team Leadership : Lead and inspire a diverse team of digital marketing professionals fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.

• Change Management : Drive digital transformation initiatives ensuring the organization adapts to evolving digital trends and technologies.

• Influence Marketing : Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers and key stakeholders to create impactful influencer marketing campaigns.

• ECommerce : Develop and execute ecommerce strategies to enhance online sales and customer engagement.

• Content Marketing : Oversee the creation of highquality engaging content across digital channels to build brand awareness and customer loyalty.

• Analytics and Data Insights : Utilize datadriven insights to optimize digital marketing campaigns measure ROI and identify areas for improvement.

• Budget Management : Effectively manage the digital marketing budget to achieve maximum ROI and efficiency.

• International Focus : Collaborate with international teams and adapt digital marketing strategies to cater to diverse global markets.

• CrossFunctional Collaboration : Work closely with other departments such as product development and sales and group divisions (Loupes/Safety) to align digital marketing efforts with broader business goals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing Business or a related field; Masters degree is a plus.

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in digital marketing with a proven track record of leadership and transformation.

• Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms tools and best practices.

• Fluent in English both written and spoken. Knowledge of Italian is a plus but not required.

• Exceptional communication leadership and teamwork skills.

• A strategic thinker with the ability to execute and deliver results.

• Demonstrated experience in influencer marketing and ecommerce strategies.

• Comfortable working in a fastpaced challenging environment.
