We are seeking a Head of Digital for our public sector client based in London on an initial 3 month contract paying up to 600 per day inside IR35 depending on experience.
This role allows hybrid working
Requirements
The successful Head of Digital will possess proven skills working with the following
- Customer Experience
- Digital Customer Service Strategy
- Digital Service Design
- Digital Transformation
- Digital services
- Digital Team Management (9 FTEs including 3 managers)
- Public facing digital services
- digital supplier management
- council / local authority experience
- Budget Management ( 400k)
- Relationship Management
