Head of Customer Care

Based in Valencia Avantios goal is to help vacation rental companies grow and become more competitive.

With more than 20 years of experience and almost 200 employees Avantio is one of the world leaders in vacation rental technology solutions.

The vacation rental is a fastgrowing and innovative sector that is displacing hotels as the preferred form of accommodation.

Your role at Avantio

This is a key role in the company. Our customer care team has a direct impact on the business thats why we are looking for someone with experience managing a large team with a very strategic vision of the business.

What You Will Do

Manage and motivate one of the biggest teams of the company the Customer Care team composed of 50 people and 5 Team Leaders.

Define with the management the objectives of the department and identify areas for improvement

Design evaluate analyze and execute innovative strategies and tactics aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction

Who You Are

Between 510 years of experience on a similar role

Ability to work in a fastpaced environment with excellent organizational skills.

Strong work ethic and ability to work efficiently and effectively with minimal supervision

Able to manage and prioritize multiple responsibilities.

Excellent mechanical aptitude and problemsolving skills

Strong communication and leadership skills (English and Spanish are essential French Italian or German is a plus)

Enthusiastic and a great attitude towards learning

Experience managing service and/or operational level agreements with strong customer service interpersonal and active listening skills.
