Their solutions focus on improving access to Auto loans quality maintenance/aftersales services warranty solutions and transactional marketplaces. Your mission...

Picture this.. As the Head of Commercial you lead and oversee your team to grow the business conduct market research to identify new opportunities coordinate risk assessments and maintain crucial relationships with clients suppliers users and other business partners.

To be successful in this role you would need to;

  • Be someone who is skilled in management and knowledgeable in the use of MS Office Suites and Data Analytics.
  • Have knowledge of effective sales and marketing techniques to drive loan origination and customer acquisition.
  • Effectively communicate and build relationships with key stakeholders including regulators partners and customers.
  • Make sound judgment and decisions considering both shortterm and longterm implications
  • Be proficient in using data analytics tools and techniques to derive actionable insights for business growth.
  • Be skillful in overseeing and managing complex projects related to commercial operations.
  • Be able to identify and address complex challenges and develop innovative solutions.
  • Be able to analyze financial data assess investment opportunities and make informed financial decisions.
  • Have flexibility in adjusting strategies and tactics in response to changing market dynamics.
  • Effectively communicate complex finance concepts to nonfinance stakeholders within the organization.
  • Thoroughly review of tax related documents to ensure accuracy and compliance to prevent potential errors or oversights.

You should have these to be considered for this..

  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in this role or in a closely related role.
  • A Bachelors degree in a relevant or closely related field having a Masters degree would be preferred and considered.
  • Team spirit and collaboration skills to be able to consistently lead and motivate your team.
