Job Description

Our client a leading manufacturing and food distribution company dedicated to creating delicious and highquality confectionery products is looking for a Head of Catering in Tripoli Lebanon. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food a strong understanding of the catering industry and a proven track record of delivering outstanding culinary experiences.

Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement a comprehensive catering strategy aligned with the companys overall goals and objectives.
    • Identify target markets and opportunities for business expansion in the catering sector.
    • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay informed about industry trends and customer preferences.
    • Oversee the endtoend catering operations including menu planning food preparation service delivery and postevent activities.
    • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations quality standards and health and safety guidelines.
    • Manage catering budgets cost control and profitability analysis.
    • Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers negotiate contracts and monitor vendor performance.
    • Set performance expectations provide regular feedback and conduct performance evaluations.
    • Identify training and development needs and coordinate relevant training programs for the catering team.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients understanding their catering requirements and delivering exceptional customer service.
    • Respond to client inquiries resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
    • Proven experience in a similar leadership role within the catering industry.
    • Strong understanding of catering operations food trends and customer preferences.
    • Excellent culinary knowledge and a passion for delivering exceptional food experiences.
    • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute catering strategies driving business growth.
    • Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting cost control and profitability analysis.
    • Exceptional leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
    • Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
    • Attention to detail with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
    • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
