The Role
The Head of Business Development Sports Marketing is responsible for creating and implementing the strategy for the the acquisition of new Clubs teams federations and sports sponsorship assets into the portfolio across all Castore global territories.
Working with the Chief Sports Marketing Officer the individual will set out the sports marketing growth strategy and go to market plan for all regions assuming overall responsibility for pipeline management development of sales materials and delivering the end to end sales process through to contract signature.
The Head of Business Development Sports Marketing will also support the Chief Sports Marketing Officer and Sports Marketing Director with renewals of existing partnerships.
Responsibilities
Working with the Chief Sports Marketing Officer define global partner acquisition strategy.
Responsible for end to end sales process from initial contact through to contract completion.
Development and ongoing refinement of GTM sales materials.
Pipeline management for all territories.
Development and ongoing management of sales database.
Support to Chief Sports Marketing Officer and UK Sports Marketing Director and European Sports Marketing Director with acquisition of new partners and renewals of existing partnerships.
