Head Of Brand Management With Russian And English

Gazer an international electronics and automotive manufacturer is looking for a Head of Brand Management.

Gazer needs a dedicated creative and experienced professional to join the team as Head of Brand Management. In this key role you will be responsible for the strategic direction and development of the companys brand aiming to increase brand awareness appeal and credibility including working on radio and social projects.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement brand strategies that align with the companys mission and goals.

Leadership of the brand management team including development training and motivation.

Analyze the market and competitive environment to identify brand development opportunities.

Develop and implement marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and attract new customers including social and media/radio campaigns.

Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of strategies and marketing activities making adjustments as needed.

Manage the budget of the brand management department.

Requirements:

At least 5 years of experience in brand management at a managerial level or above.

Excellent strategic and analytical skills.

High level of creativity and innovation.

Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve common goals.

Excellent understanding of the target audience and market trends.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

University degree in marketing management or related field.
