About the role:

Ready to lead Assembly operations at the forefront of innovation Join us as the Head of Assembly at Airas worldfirst factory in Wrocaw (Poland) tooversee efficient workflow resolve issues and collaborate with key teams to optimize Assembly operations. With a focus on compliance innovation and industrybest practices youll help shape the future of manufacturing.

What are the responsibilities

• managing and developing Assembly operations at worldfirst Aira Jeden factory in Wrocaw Poland (brownfield)
• assuring all Assembly teams work efficiently and inline with established business goals
• dealing with adhoc issues and resolving problems to secure smooth workflow
• cooperating in synergy with factorys other key Manufacturing Quality and Logistics teams to secure sites internal efficiency as well asproduct supply
• working closely with supporting teams and functions e.g. People & Culture Finance Real Estate to secure e.g. budgetsstaffing assembly line development etc.
• analyzing performance against relevant business objectives and taking actions to improve operational excellence at Aira Jeden
• assuring Assembly operations compliance with Health & Safety as well as Environmental regulations and industry standards
• taking active roleinintroducing new digital solutions to production process control e.g. digital shop floor management motion tracking etc.
• taking part insite management & transformationplanning new production processes sites capacity development planning and implementation of manufacturing and assemblyrelated investment projects
• making sure Aira Jeden uses best Industry 4.0 solutions operates according to World Class Operations standards and becomes the smart factory of the future

What do you bring to the team

• university degree preferably in Industrial Engineering Production Management or any related field
• several yearsof professional experience in driving Production / Manufacturing / Assembly departments preferably in a fastgrowing massproduction industrial environment
• experience in coordinating operational as well asproject teams
• advanced proficiency in English and intermediate proficiency inPolish
• relevant experience in using data to influence business decisions realtime
  
• experience in Lean TPM Six Sigma and Kaizen techniques methodologies and ways of working
• soft skills that will come in handy:
  • strong entrepreneurial thinking as well as a handson mentality
