David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading financial services company who are looking to recruit an Englishspeaking Head of Affiliatesfor their Limassol office.

Position:Head of Affiliates

Location: Limassol Cyprus

Work model: Hybrid one day a week from home

Employment type: Fulltime

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Developing and executing strategies to drive affiliate recruitment and revenue
• Managing relationships with key affiliate partners and negotiating deals
• Analysing performance data to improve affiliate effectiveness
• Collaborating with marketing to create affiliate promotion materials
• Ensuring compliance where necessary with regulatory standards for all affiliate partnerships
• Setting and meeting targets for affiliatedriven revenue and lead generation with a focus on traffic from Europe the GCC and Asia
• Leading and mentoring the affiliate team to achieve collective and individual goals

REQUIREMENTS:

• At least 3 years of experience in forex affiliation
• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills to articulate strategies and results to the team and senior management
• Passionate about the latest affiliate trends with the ability to influence and shape growingpartnerships
• A proven track record not only in engaging with affiliate networks butalso in scrutinising the details of each deal for maximum efficiency and compliance
