• University degree majoring in accounting.
• At least 15 years of practical experience in a multi-sector industrial company, including seven years in a supervisory position.
• Fluency in both English and Hebrew, written and spoken.
• Holds one of the professional certifications in the field of accounting, such as CPA or CMA.
• Excellent knowledge of accounting software.
• Proficiency in working on programs such as Excel.
• Ability to communicate and lead a team.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Ability to work independently.
• Preferably a resident of the Bethlehem area.
