Head - Inventory Control Loss Prevention

• Monitoring Inventory hygiene through regular scheduled & random PI
• Calculating Inventory shrink & processing Vendor debits in coordination with the Commercial team
• carrying out Intransit loss / Insurance write off from system through commercial team
• Monitoring all SLOCs
• analysis of Inventory aging & sensitize business team on Nonmoveable inventory
• HOTO in case of Vendor changes
• Inventory clearance of closed sites
• F&F processing in Vendor separation
• WMS set up in new DCs and shifting of existing DCs to new locations
• Support for IT developments & System process improvement as per business requirement
• Coordinate incoming and outgoing stock deliveries and logistics & Monitor stock levels and carry out periodic stock takes
• Knowledge in doing planograms to change locations depending on business requirement
• Supervise up to 20 staff members including preparing weekly rosters and leading staff evaluations and Interview prospective employees and train new staff and mentored new floor staff in tasks including receipting restocking documentation
• Inventory Reconciliations and MIS Reports
• Overall control of Distribution Centers Inventories
• Ensuring stock checks (weekly & monthly)
• Perpetual Inventory All Locations
• Preparation of daily weekly and monthly management reports
• Store Audits & Compliance Audit
• Shrinkage Dump Damages & Expiries control / reporting
