Roles and Responsibility
This work is related to the hardware design development and testing of autonomous flying drones in nonGNSS environments. The goal of this work is to create a robust and reliable hardware platform that meets our and our customers requirements. No experience with drones is required but experience with robot control and embedded control is a plus.
Our potential customers include not only Japan but also Singapore Dubai Luxembourg France and the rest of the world. Our engineers also come from all over the world including Rwanda Pakistan India and the United States.

Specific duties include
- Design and development of electrical and electronic systems and components for autonomous flight systems and drones
- Selection and integration of sensors cameras controllers and communication protocols
- Testing and verification of hardware designs to ensure that they meet performance and reliability requirements
- Hardware and software integration
- Custom hardware design and development for specific customer requirements
- Technical support to other internal departments and external partners
- Troubleshooting and servicing (including repairs) of hardware
- Prepare technical reports on technology development and troubleshooting
- Conduct PoC (Proof of Concept) of customer requests
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelors or Masters degree in electronic technology or related field
- At least 3 years of experience in electronic design development and testing
- Strong experience and knowledge in circuit design microcontroller programming and sensor integration (3 years)
- Experience with PCB design and layout (3 years)
- Experience with embedded systems and communication protocols (UART I2C SPI etc.) (3 years)
- Excellent problem solving and analysis skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fastpaced environment
Preferred Requirements
- Experience with autonomous drones or UAVs in general
- Experience with embedded Linux
- Experience with Jetson modules
- Design experience for manufacturing and testing
- Experience with wireless communication protocols (WiFi BLE etc.)
- Experience with power management and battery powered systems (BMS)
- Soldering skills
