Hardware Engineer

Location:
While remote work is part of our flexible environment being in Chattanooga TN or willingness to relocate is required. Relocation assistance is available for the right candidate.

Requirements

What Were Looking For:

• Passion for Music Festivals: A genuine enthusiasm for the music festival community is essential. We desire a candidate who not only understands our target market but is an active part of it.
  

• Proven Experience: A track record of commercializing hardware products with a preference for those whove navigated the journey from concept to market.
  

• Technical Proficiency:
  

• Expertise in PCB design electrical hardware and ESP32.
  

• Proficiency in micropython.
  

• Demonstrable experience with CAD and SolidWorks.
  

• Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies including Scrum and GANTT charts.
  

• Experience managing supplier relationships sourcing and possibly some 3PL management.
  

• SelfStarter: Ability to selfmanage and thrive as the primary point of accountability in hardware development.
  

• Designer s Mentality: Regardless of role all team members must possess a creative and designfocused approach to problemsolving.
  

• Experience: 5 years in hardware development ideally with ESP32.
