The Role:
Were on the hunt for a GuerrillaSoftware AI Engineer a rare breed of engineer who combines the spirit of innovation the skill of a hacker and the tenacity of a guerrilla warrior. Responsibilities:

• Implement cuttingedge AI models and algorithms that defy conventional limits.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science AI machine learning or a related field. Exceptional candidates without a degree but with proven track records are also welcome.
• Demonstrable experience in AI machine learning deep learning or related fields.
• Proficiency in multiple programming languages (C/C Go Rust Adaassembly varietiesetc.) and familiarity with AI.
• A hackers mindset with a guerrillas adaptability not afraid to take unconventional paths to achieve goals.
• Excellent problemsolving skills capable of thinking outside the box and tackling challenges headon.
• A track record of successful innovative and impactful projects in software development.
• Strong communication skills both for internal collaboration and for presenting revolutionary ideas.

Valueadded Qualifications:

• Experience with AI/ML frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
  
• Familiarity with Cloud Services: Experience with cloud platforms like AWS Google Cloud or Azure for AI services and data processing can be beneficial for scalable projects.
• Contributions to Open Source Projects: Active participation in open source projects especially those related to AI machine learning or innovative software solutions demonstrating a commitment to the community and collaborative innovation.
