Growth Strategist

David Kennedy Recruitment is working with ayoungfinancial/FX company led by a management team with over 20 years of experience. Their mission is to simplify trading complexities and deliver excellence to clients across multiple continents and countries. The successful candidatewill be responsible for growth of this company on theSEA (South East Asia) and LATAM markets.


Position: Growth Strategist

Location: Remote from anywhere inthe world preferably inSEA (South East Asia) or LATAM region

Employment type: Service Agreement/Selfemployment (no Employment contract option available)

Remuneration: Fixed monthly payment


RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and deploy plans according to the marketing strategies in order to achieve business objectives including but not limited to SEOMonetization and Conversion Growth hack
• Perform ongoing keyword research including discovery and expansion of keyword opportunities
• Manage a team of SEO copywriters and Inbound marketing
• Work closely with the Performance Product Data and Business Development team to develop GotoMarket plans for new initiatives
• Frequently monitor key performance metrics and competitors to propose timely action plans
• Propose new marketing initiatives via market research and business analysis
• Stay up to date with the latest trends and developments in digital marketing and online advertising

REQUIREMENTS:

• Excellent command of English Spanish or Vietnameselanguage
• 3 years relevant work experience with SEO integrated marketing campaigns and product marketing with at least 1 year of experience insimilar roles
• Experience on theSEA (South East Asia) and LATAM markets
• Experience in management or coordination of a team of at least 3 members
• FX industry crypto financial investment experience is not mandatory but would be a great asset
• Good understanding of the media landscape
• Excellent at data analysis and logical thinking
• A marketer with growth hacking mindset
• Analytical communication and problemsolving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
