We are now looking for an exceptionally driven and skilled growth marketing manager who can own and lead Greenelys growth objectives to accelerate Greenelys continued journey.
What youll be doing :
Find new ways to drive and scale customer acquisitions through detailed data analysis and strategic development optimizing the acquisition funnel from awareness to action.
Work with customer retention and antichurn initiatives fueled by data.
Lead A/B testing efforts establish KPIs and deliver reports that are comprehensible and actionable.
Champion the experimentation process to discover effective new avenues to attract highvalue customers.
Collaborate with paidsocial and paidsearch firms to refine and implement strategies creating a feedback loop for continuous improvement.
Identify key growth opportunities and potential performance blockers maintaining an uptodate understanding of the dynamics of performance marketing.
Work with crossfunctional teams on website optimization including launching new webpages and executing conversion rate optimization (CRO) experiments.
Continually optimize against KPIs such as ROAS ROI CAC managing growth experiments from inception to execution and leveraging marketing automation tools to scale growth tactics.
About You:
You have a passion for creating efficient processes spreadsheets and templates with exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple growth initiatives smoothly.
An analytical mindset that thrives on data able to leverage tools like Amplitude Mixpanel Tableau Google Ads Manager and Google Analytics 4 to be able to take informed decisions and drive growth.
Excellent communication skills detailoriented and a deep thinker about aspects such as oxford commas ensuring clear and effective collaboration across teams.
Experience in conversion and optimization preferably within a fastpaced startup environment guiding the growth strategy across paidsearch and paidsocial channels to deliver impactful results.
Proven ability in performance marketing including launching and managing paid social campaigns for B2C and B2B audiences influencing ad creative and optimizing landing pages to achieve the lowest cost per signup and purchase.
A knack for merging a growth hacking mindset with analytical prowess and if you can create assets in Canva thats a significant plus.
What youll need to succeed :
At least 5 years of relevant experience in growth marketing or a similar role with a proven track record of driving key performance indicators.
Experience in fastpaced environments particularly in tech startups with a fluency in the B2C business model and AARRR metrics.
Handson experience with PPC SEO content marketing email marketing and launching new growth experiments.
Strong communication and management skills for coordinating with outsourced talent and agencies.
Familiarity with marketing automation platforms like Zapier CRM tools (e.g. Intercom HubSpot CRM) and tag management tools (e.g. Google Tag Manager).
