This is a remote position.
Our company is seeking a skilled Growth Marketer to lead our digital marketing initiatives and drive significant growth.
In this role you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our digital marketing channels including paid search social media and display advertising.
You will develop growth strategies forecast and report on campaign performance and work closely with other marketing leaders to align growth efforts with broader company objectives.
This position requires an analytical mindset a flair for creativity and a proven track record in driving successful digital marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage creative content and email marketing campaigns that encourage customer loyalty and conversion
- Conduct A/B tests to identify optimal marketing tactics for different audiences
- Plan optimize and manage paid search advertisements
- Manage social media channels or work collaboratively with our social media manager
- Analyze past marketing campaign data to improve conversions from future campaigns and execute highconverting marketing strategies based on data analytics
- Improve and maintain our website s SEO and search visibility
- Report to our chief marketing officer about ongoing marketing campaigns conversion rates and cost per conversion
- Develop and execute the growth plan in conjunction with the senior executive team
- Working closely with data sales and product and coordinate across SEO digital marketing social media design email marketing and other marketing teams initiatives
Requirements
Requirements and Qualifications
- A bachelor s degree in marketing mathematics economics accounting or any business related discipline or
- Equivalent work experience in digital marketing business or advertising
- 3 years experience as a growth marketer
- A strong understanding and passion for all things digital marketing
- A highly creative datadriven and analytical mind
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Knowledge of website analytical tools
- A willingness to failforward learn and grow
- Willing to work inoffice twice every month to attend meetings employee events and trade fairs and shows.
