Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Growth Hacker to join our start-up involved in creating a unique model for bringing the freshest seafood directly from fishermen to consumers through our own aircraft. We sell our products through an online application and operate under the FOCO (Franchise Owned Company Operated) model. The Growth Hacker will play a vital role in driving customer acquisition, user engagement, and revenue growth through innovative marketing strategies and data-driven tactics.
Responsibilities:
Develop and Implement Growth Strategies:
Conduct market research and analysis to identify growth opportunities and develop actionable plans to achieve business objectives.
Digital Marketing and Acquisition:
Create and manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, search engine marketing, email marketing, and content marketing.
Analytics and Data-Driven Decision-Making:
Generate insights from data analysis to identify opportunities for optimization, A/B testing, and conversion rate optimization.
User Retention and Engagement:
Develop and execute strategies to increase user retention and engagement, including personalized email marketing campaigns, loyalty programs, referral programs, and user onboarding optimization.
Collaboration and Cross-Functional Leadership:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to align growth initiatives with overall business objectives.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
- Proven experience in growth hacking, digital marketing, or a similar role in a start-up environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, strategies, and best practices.
- Proficient in using analytical tools such as Google Analytics, A/B testing platforms, and CRM systems.
- Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and problem-solving.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of the seafood industry and experience in the food delivery or e-commerce sector is a plus.
