Job Description

As a Grower Accounting Manager you will play a pivotal role in managing financial processes related to grower contracts accounts payable and operational financial information. Using Famous accounting software will be essential in ensuring accurate and efficient accounting practices within our organization.

Responsibilities:

• Grower Contracts: Collect and manage all grower contracts including renewals and relaying cost charges.
• Packout Distribution: Ensure proper distribution of pack outs and handle routine reporting.
• Financial Forecasting: Provide financial forecasting for individual growers.
• Accounts Payable Communication: Handle all A/P communication with vendors/growers assess charges reconcile lots and manage closures.
• Operational Support: Prepare accurate operational financial information for grower clients within predetermined deadlines.
• Qualifications:
• • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency in produce accounting software especially Famous.
  • Familiarity with the citrus industry and packing house operations is a plus.
  • Spanish language proficiency preferred but not required.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule as workload requires.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
