Job Summary:

As a P&O Business Partner for the AniCura Group you will serve as the P&O partner for AniCuras group teams in Marketing & Corporate Affairs Legal and Business Development. In this strategic role you will contribute to the delivery of the P&O strategy in those respective teams will be the key sparring partner for all people topics and will be managing pan European projects within AniCura that align with the organizations objectives. By fostering strong partnerships with AniCura leaders and associates you will facilitate positive workplace experiences drive talent management and support the companys overall growth.

Job Purpose/Overview:

• Partners with senior leaders to develop and deploy effective people agenda aligned with the AniCura/Mars Veterinary Health strategic framework.
• Focuses on enterprise wide business and associate challenges and serves as a valued advisor by anticipating needs and trends and finding effective P&O solutions in partnership with P&O COEs.
• Keep a pulse on the business and with support of the COEs develop appropriate OD interventions that strength the health of the organization and enable a high performing culture.
• Champions talent management processes to ensure the health of the functional leadership pipeline; identifies and addresses capability gaps and key talent needs with a focus on representation within leadership roles.
• Coaches senior leaders in building business and leadership capabilities.
• Key decision maker in the talent acquisition processes of senior positions in scope
• Champion change management efforts within relevant customer groups supporting teams through organizational transitions and development initiatives.
• Act as a trusted advisor providing guidance on employee relations topics.
• Collaborates closely with the Market P&O Heads and P&O COEs and proactively engages in shaping new products and services with AniCura group P&O.
• Specifically leads the Group wide analysis and implementation of key P&O processes including; talent workforce planning wellbeing leadership and culture in close collaboration with P&O Market Heads.
• Provides key insights into people related data to relevant fora

Knowledge/Skills/Experience:

• 57 years of experience as a P&O business partner in an international environment
• Demonstrated experience creating and executing strategies at enterprise level.
• Ability to create a compelling narrative in order to influence decision making and to drive program success within the business
• Worked at senior levels across different segments and/or industries.
• Strong analytical problemsolving critical thinking and decisionmaking skills.
• Strong consulting and coaching skills ability to influence decisions to a positive business outcome.
• Ability to effectively manage ambiguity and prioritize business needs and resources.
• Excellent command in verbal and written English language.
• A well rounded skill set comprising of both employee relations as well as the area of talent management and strategy is preferred
