Group Credit Controller

• Managing and maintaining a global AR ledger in excess of 10m
  
• Actively managing each countries ledger to ensure invoices are paid to terms
  
• Production of management information to detail collection performance
  
• Ensuring ledger is accurately cash posted and allocated promptly
  
• Responsible for meeting agreed DSO targets in monthly receivables and keeping bad debt to a minimum
  
• Liaise with sales Account Managers regarding overdue/disputed accounts
  
• To create new client accounts and set up onto system
  
• Calling new clients to ensure they are onboarded correctly
  
• Reconciliation and allocation
  
• Manage relationships with customers ensuring effective communication and resolution of any credit issues
  
• Working closely with senior stakeholders in the business
  
• Influence order to cash cycle for constant improvements
  
• Implement and monitor consistent global process for collections
  

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Finance
  
• Track record of managing global AR
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Good attention to detail
  
• Process focussed
  
• Excellent Excel skills
  
• Enthusiastic approach to problem resolution
