GROUP CONSOLIDATION REPORTING MANAGER

Our client a successful industrial group is a key player and globally active. We are seeking an ambitious Finance Manager with an international mindset to join the Finance and Accounting team.

In this pivotal function you will be exposed to the Clevel members and cooperate on a regular basis with a variety of internal and external partners.

Tasks

Consolidation & Reporting

• Monthly consolidation in accordance with IFRS
• Quarterly and annual Group financial statements
• Stock exchange reports
• Providing data for IR activities
• Process optimization

Center of Competence

• Single Point of Contact for accountingrelated questions for legal entities worldwide
• Regular update and training of accounting standards
• Key role between the Group Finance and Regional Finance Managers

Projects & more

• Collaboration in M&A transactions
• Responsibility for the Internal Control over Financial Reporting
• Adhoc projects on behalf of the Head of Global Finance & Accounting

Requirements

• Diploma as a Swiss Certified Public Accountant / CPA or further training as a Swiss Certified Expert in Accounting and Controlling
• Work experience in the international manufacturing or trading industry
• Indepth IFRS knowledge an asset would be experience with consolidation process
• Business fluent in German and English (verbal and oral)
• Wellstructured and efficient way of working
