Graphics Designer

• Collaborate with the strategy team to understand client objectives and target audiences guiding visual design decisions accordingly.
• Utilize illustration skills to enhance design concepts and create visually engaging graphics for both digital and print mediums.
• Conceptualize and design visually appealing designs for various marketing materials including digital ads social media graphics website assets print collateral packaging and other brand touchpoints.
• Design print collateral such as brochures flyers posters and other physical marketing materials
• Develop innovative design concepts and layouts for print ads in physical magazines ensuring effective ad design and layout
• Develop innovative design concepts and layouts that align with our and our clients brand identities and objectives.
• Ensure brand consistency and quality across all design deliverables while also adhering to projectspecific requirements and timelines.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to enhance design output and maintain a competitive edge in both brand identity and graphic design.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
• Effectively communicate with team members and clients to incorporate feedback and revisions into designs.

• Excellent communication skills and a strong command of the English language.
• 3 years of industry experience in a designfocused studio or agency setting.
• 1 years experience in ad design & layout for magazines
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign).
• Experience in creating AI photos and images to enhance visual impact.
• Strong understanding of typography colour theory and layout principles.
• Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Exceptional attention to detail and time management skills.
• A diverse portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and styles in the market or conceptual artwork.

• Experience with animation and video editing software.
• Knowledge of UI/UX design principles.
• Familiarity with HTML and CSS.
