Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Create visual content for various marketing materials
• Assist in the design and production of digital and print materials such as flyers banners and infographics
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop design concepts
• Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
• Use Adobe Suite to create and edit graphic content
• Develop illustrations logos and other designs using software
• Contribute to the overall brand identity through design
• Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and onbrand
• Coordinate with external printers and ensure the quality of the final product
• Assist with website and social media graphics
• Keep abreast of emerging technologies in new media particularly design programs such as Illustrator Photoshop and InDesign
• Provide support in organizing and maintaining a digital asset library
• Communicate effectively with team members clients and stakeholders
• Manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines

Required Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Graphic Design Visual Arts or related field
• Demonstrated proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator Photoshop InDesign)
• Strong understanding of typography color and layout
• Ability to take constructive criticism and implement feedback
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Detailoriented with a keen eye for aesthetics
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Basic understanding of print and digital design principles
• Portfolio showcasing creative and innovative design work
• Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in graphic design
• Familiarity with web design principles is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint)
• Understanding of prepress and production processes
• Passion for design and eagerness to learn and grow in the field
