• The candidate should be able to understand the brief & conceptualize while creating designs.
• Being able to design Pre event mailers logos theme templates collaterals branding elements backdrops
• ads social media posts main stage graphics standees photo op entrance arch etc as per the requirement by the client.
• Should be able to meet deadlines & work under pressure.
• Should know how to make print files with size & material specifications.

• Ideation design thinking and execution for campaigns promotions events or any other communication requirement of the brand
• Work closely with the Client team and Production team to understand project requirements
• Good at being a team player/collaborative worker within your own department as well as support teams
• Proactive with contributing towards creative conceptualization
• Should be able to meet deadlines & work under pressure.
• Should know how to make print files with size & material specifications.
• Being cognizant of working within promised deadlines and taking responsibility for project delivery
• To have a strong understanding of all digital channels and ecosystem
• Comfortable with flexible work hours

• Bachelor & degree in graphic design or a related field.
• Proficient in using design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator Photoshop and CorelDraw).
• Min. 5 year of experience preferably in event management and/or design agency
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Portfolio of previous work demonstrating expertise in graphic design and visual communication.
